Amazing service

Unfortunately, I did not get to see you firsthand how they handle crash reports because there were no crashes. But I did get very useful information, including things. I did not even notice during my extensive test. Any first time app creator should use the service. They are very helpful and very kind. The information I was given was mainly about some visual inconsistencies and making sure I had a privacy policy. The adjustments I made has greatly improved the app in my eyes, and with these adjustments, I do believe it is the reason why it was accepted into Google play on the first attempt

Responsive, Great Service

I tried to get my app I have been working very hard on through Google Play's gatekeepers and I had used another service prior to this one. The service I had used prior was extremely unresponsive, they didn't have enough testers to meet Google Play's requirements and had essentially stolen my money. My experience with PrimeTestLab has been the exact opposite. Have been in communication with the testers and we have been able to get past a few small obstacles in order to begin testing. If I develop anymore apps I want published on the Play Store I will be using this service again.

Amazing help !

I had been struggling for months with Google to get my app into production. The family and friends route proved very difficult. When you have no front-end family available, Prime Test Lab is your savior, your superhero.

Here I was thinking that deploying my app on the Play Store would be a piece of cake compared to Apple, but I was completely wrong. It is easier to deploy an app on the App Store than on the Play Store. For the Play Store, I had to find 12 people for two weeks, friends and family, who would test my app and then provide me with feedback so I could implement it. They had to download it first and then use it. It was really a big challenge on my part. What did I do in 2026? I went to Gemini and shared my pain points with Gemini, and Gemini wanted me to go directly to Prime Test Lab. I hesitated a little bit, but I had no choice. I had to do it if I wanted to publish my app on the App Store. I signed in and submitted my app, and then, after Prime Test Lab helped me, let's say, go through this challenge, they provided me with a lot of useful information and guidance. At the end of the two weeks, they provided me with very detailed reports and suggestions that I implemented, so it was really a great service. I really recommend Five Stars for me!
