Important: By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all services provided through our website, Fiverr profile, or any other platform where we offer our services.
PrimeTestLab provides professional Android app testing services specifically designed to help developers meet Google Play's Closed Testing requirements. Our services include:
While we maintain a 99.9% success rate, we cannot guarantee Google Play approval as the final decision rests with Google. We provide the testing infrastructure and support, but app compliance with Google's policies is the client's responsibility.
When you place an order, an account is automatically created for you using the email address you provide at checkout. A temporary password is sent to your email, which you can change at any time from your dashboard.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Our primary payment method is Stripe, which is fully integrated and available for all customers on the website.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as displayed on the checkout page. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before testing begins. We do not begin testing until payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. The price shown at the time of your purchase is the price you pay. Promotional pricing and discounts are offered at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us first at info@primetestlab.com. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed for services that have been delivered or are in progress:

Receive a complete refund of your payment if Google rejects your production access.
Get an additional 14 days of free testing to try again for production access.
Proof Required: You must forward the official Google rejection email to our support team. Requests without this documentation may be denied.
With a 99.9% success rate, most apps are approved on the first attempt.
But if not, you choose: full refund or free retry.
Refunds apply only when your app completes our testing and is still rejected by Google. Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the client is unable to prepare their app for testing.

The PrimeTestLab website, brand, logo, content, design, and all related materials are owned by AEBU Technology, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our branding or content without written permission.
You retain full ownership of your app and all associated intellectual property. By submitting your app for testing, you grant us a limited, temporary license to access and install your app solely for the purpose of providing the testing service. This license ends when your testing period is complete.
We will never claim ownership over your app, publish it, or use it for any purpose other than the testing you purchased.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. This includes:
While we maintain a 99.9% success rate, we cannot guarantee that Google will approve your app for production access. The final approval decision is made solely by Google based on their policies and review process.
We are not affiliated with Google, Google Play, or any other third-party platform. Changes to Google Play policies or requirements are beyond our control.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee availability at all times due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity, third-party platform issues, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeTestLab and AEBU Technology, LLC shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrimeTestLab, AEBU Technology, LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your app or its content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights. This means if your app causes a legal issue for us (for example, if it infringes on someone else's intellectual property), you are responsible for covering any resulting costs.
Once an order is placed, it is non-refundable for change of mind or inability to prepare your app for testing. Refunds are only available if your app completes our testing and is rejected by Google. See Section 7 for full refund terms.
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Before pursuing any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at info@primetestlab.com and allow 15 business days to resolve the issue informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kent County, Delaware, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class action or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against PrimeTestLab.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrimeTestLab regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. We may still enforce it in the future.
By using our services, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically (email, website notifications). You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third-party platform changes (such as Google Play policy updates), government actions, or other force majeure events.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
