Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PrimeTestLab, operated by Quirelix, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our services, contacting us, or otherwise engaging with our platform, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all services provided through our website, Fiverr profile, or any other platform where we offer our services.

Our Services

Service Description

PrimeTestLab provides professional Android app testing services specifically designed to help developers meet Google Play's Closed Testing requirements. Our services include:

• Providing 20+ real human testers with unique Android devices
• 14-day continuous testing period as required by Google Play
• Testing from 120+ countries worldwide
• Bug reports and feedback (depending on plan)
• Support for production application process
• WearOS app testing services

Service Limitations

While we maintain a 99.9% success rate, we cannot guarantee Google Play approval as the final decision rests with Google. We provide the testing infrastructure and support, but app compliance with Google's policies is the client's responsibility.

Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into contracts
• You have the legal right to use the app submitted for testing
• Your app complies with all applicable laws and Google Play policies
• You will provide accurate information required for testing

Service Delivery

Testing Process

• Start Time: Testing begins within 6 hours of receiving your testing URL and CSV file upload confirmation
• Duration: 14 consecutive days of active testing as required by Google Play
• Delivery Time: Up to 21 days total, including testing period and production application support

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, you must:

• Provide a valid closed testing track URL
• Upload our tester CSV file to your Google Play Console
• Ensure your app is properly uploaded and available for testing
• Respond to any queries or issues within 24 hours
• Not remove testers during the 14-day testing period

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

Our primary payment method is Stripe, which is fully integrated and available for all customers on the website.

We also accept cryptocurrency (USDT only) upon special request. If you prefer to pay with USDT, simply contact our support or chat with an agent, and they will provide the instructions.

Stripe remains our main and default payment system. USDT is offered only upon direct request.

Payment Schedule

Full payment is required before testing begins. We do not begin testing until payment is confirmed.

Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

• Timeframe: Submit within 14 days of receiving the rejection notice
• Required Info: Your registered email, proof of purchase, and proof of Google rejection
• Response Time: We respond within 3-5 business days

Processing and Timeline

• Refunds are processed through your original payment method
• Processing typically takes 7 business days from approval
• No partial refunds - all refunds are the full amount

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your Information

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. This includes:

• App details, features, and functionality
• Business plans and strategies
• Technical implementation details
• Any proprietary information shared during the service

Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Approval

While we maintain a 99.9% success rate, we cannot guarantee that Google will approve your app for production access. The final approval decision is made solely by Google based on their policies and review process.

Third-Party Platforms

We are not affiliated with Google, Google Play, or any other third-party platform. Changes to Google Play policies or requirements are beyond our control.

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee availability at all times due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity, third-party platform issues, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeTestLab and Quirelix, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from Google's decisions regarding your app
• Any third-party actions or platform changes

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Termination by Client

You may cancel your order before testing begins for a full refund. Once testing has started, cancellation may result in partial or no refund based on work completed.

Termination by PrimeTestLab

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Your app violates Google Play policies or applicable laws
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior
• Payment is not received or is reversed

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
