06Third-party services and data recipients

We use the following third-party services to operate our website, process payments, analyze traffic, and measure advertising performance. Each service receives only the data necessary for its function.

Google (Analytics and Ads)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and Google Ads to run advertising campaigns and understand which ads lead to purchases.

Information Google may receive:

  • Pages you visit and general browsing activity on our site
  • Device and browser type
  • Whether a purchase was made and the order value (so we can measure ad performance)
  • Your email address and name in an encrypted (hashed) format; this helps Google match ad clicks to purchases more accurately and is standard practice for Google Ads advertisers

Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising)

We advertise on Meta platforms and use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure which ads lead to visits and purchases.

Information Meta may receive:

  • Events such as page views, adding a package to the cart, and completed purchases (with the order value)
  • Your IP address and browser information
  • Ad click identifiers (the _fbp and _fbc cookies) when you arrive from a Meta ad
  • Your email address, name, phone number, and city in an encrypted (hashed, SHA-256) format, used only to match ad clicks to purchases; Meta cannot read the raw values

Stripe (payment processing)

We use Stripe to securely process all card payments. When you check out, you are redirected to Stripe's secure payment page.

Information Stripe receives:

  • Your email address
  • Order details and total amount
  • Your payment card details (entered directly on Stripe's page; we never see or store your card number)

Crisp (live chat)

Our website's live chat widget is provided by Crisp. If you open a chat, Crisp processes the messages you send, your email address if you provide it, and technical data such as your browser and approximate location, so we can answer you and keep your conversation history.

Cloudflare (website security)

Our website uses Cloudflare to load pages faster and protect against security threats. Cloudflare may process your IP address as part of delivering the website to you securely.

Location detection

To show you location-relevant information, we use standard IP geolocation services to determine your approximate country, region, and city. This is based on your IP address only; we do not use GPS or precise location tracking. The result is cached temporarily so it only needs to be looked up once.

YouTube and WhatsApp

Some pages embed YouTube videos (for example, customer review videos). The video and YouTube's cookies load only after you tap play. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (a Meta company) under its own terms; we only see the conversation you have with us.

07Sharing your information

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. Data shared with the third-party services listed in section 06 is shared solely for the purpose of operating our website, processing payments, and measuring advertising performance.

Beyond the third-party services described in section 06, we may share information in the following limited circumstances:

When you submit an app for testing, we share basic app information (app name, testing URL) with our qualified testers to facilitate the testing process. Your personal information (email, name) is never shared with testers.
