You built it with AI tools
Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Bolt, Replit or FlutterFlow got you to a working Android build. Two people who have never seen it try it on real phones and write down what breaks.
Manual Android QA testing
Before you publish on Google Play, two QA testers use your Android app on real phones for 7 or 14 days, report the bugs they find with steps and screenshots, and re-check your fixes.
Not Google Play closed testing. This service finds bugs. Need Google's 12 testers as well? QA Improve and Retest and QA Launch include closed testing, or see closed testing on its own.

Who it is for
Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Bolt, Replit or FlutterFlow got you to a working Android build. Two people who have never seen it try it on real phones and write down what breaks.
An independent check of the app you were delivered: what worked, what did not and how to reproduce it, so you can talk to your developer with evidence.
A last check before a Google Play release from testers who do not know your app: your flows, real phones, scheduled reports, fixes re-checked.
You need an installable Android build (a Play test track, Firebase or a download link). We test how the app behaves. We do not review your code, judge your idea or decide what Google approves.
What you get
After every test round you get one written report in your dashboard, with a PDF copy. Each bug has a severity, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, a screenshot and the phone it happened on, and the report states what was tested and what was not.
Fix a bug, send the new build from your dashboard, and the next report records whether each fix passed its re-check. Bugs that still fail stay open.
With the first report: target API, 16 KB page size, permissions and Data safety, crashes, accessibility notes and security flags on the build you sent. Anything that could not be checked is marked as such.
If nothing breaks, you still get a report of what was tested and on which phones.

One week on 3 phones, 3 written reports, and screen recordings for the high severity bugs reported.
Two weeks on 5 phones, a screen recording for each bug reported, and a check of your Play title, short description and icon.
Google Play closed testing included free: Enterprise, 25 testers for 14 days, the requirement for new personal developer accounts ($27.99 on its own). Not needed? Remove it at checkout; the price stays the same.
Everything in Improve and Retest, plus more phones, rounds and flows, a full listing review and a written launch verdict.
Google Play closed testing included free: Enterprise, 25 testers for 14 days, the requirement for new personal developer accounts ($27.99 on its own). Not needed? Remove it at checkout; the price stays the same.
Google Play Store listing checked: title, both descriptions, icon, screenshots and feature graphic, compared with how your app really works.
Every plan: 2 QA testers, each on several real Android phones, the same report format and a release checklist with the first report. We report the bugs we find and re-check the fix builds you send; you, your developer or your AI tool make the changes. One-time payment with no service fee, Visa and Mastercard via Stripe. See everything you receive.
What the numbers mean: an app flow is one task a user does from start to finish, such as signing up or adding an item and checking out. A test round ends with one written report. A fix build is a new version of your app sent for re-checking; one build can carry several fixes.
Need Google Play closed testing too? QA Improve and Retest and QA Launch include it. On QA Review, add it at checkout: it becomes a separate order in the same payment, with the standard +5% closed-testing service fee.
How it works
In your dashboard, share a build link (Play listing, test track, Firebase or a download link), a test login and the flows you want tested.
Testing starts once your setup is complete and your two testers are assigned. Reports land in your dashboard on the days your plan lists, and you get an email for each one.
Send a fixed build from your dashboard. Your testers re-check each fix in the next round and the report records whether it passed.

FAQ
Short answers. Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp.
Closed testing keeps 12 or more testers opted in for 14 days in a row, the requirement a new personal developer account must meet before it can apply for production access. PrimeTestLab's Android QA testing finds bugs instead: two QA testers work through your app's flows on real phones, write each bug up with steps and screenshots, and re-check your fixes. QA testing does not count toward Google's requirement, and production access is always Google's decision. See closed testing.
You still get every report. It lists the flows and phones covered, what the testers observed and anything they could not test. A clean round does not prove the app has no bugs or that it is ready to publish, so each report says exactly what was checked and what was not.
Yes. 6 real reports our QA testers delivered to customers are published on this page. To protect each customer's privacy the app names, package names, logins, links and screenshots are removed: see the report samples. Each one is a single phone's report; your plan delivers one report per test round across all its phones.
Real Android phones from our own device pool: 3 on QA Review, 5 on QA Improve and Retest and 8 on QA Launch, spread across your two testers so the same flows run on different screen sizes and Android versions. Each bug reported names the phone, Android version and build it was found on. We do not promise specific models or every Android version. If a particular phone or Android version matters, ask us on WhatsApp before you order or tell us at setup, and we confirm what is possible before testing starts.
Yes. QA Review includes 1 fix build, QA Improve and Retest includes up to 3 fix builds, QA Launch includes up to 5 fix builds. Share the build link from your dashboard while at least one report is still due; a build that arrives too late for any remaining round is not accepted and does not use up your allowance. Your testers verify the fixes in the next scheduled round and update the status of each bug.
Share one link at setup: your Google Play listing, an internal or closed test track opt-in link, a Firebase App Distribution invite, or a download link such as Google Drive. The setup form takes links, not APK uploads. Use a dedicated test account, never your Play Console login or signing keys.
After payment you fill in a short setup form in your dashboard. Testing starts once that setup is complete and your two testers are assigned, and your dashboard then shows the date of every report. The sooner the setup is done, the sooner your first report arrives. If the testers cannot install your build or sign in, we tell you and the schedule waits for a working build.
Yes, as long as there is an installable Android build we can reach from a link. We test how the app behaves on real phones and write each problem up with steps to reproduce. We do not review source code, judge the idea or decide whether your developer's work is complete. The reports give you evidence for that conversation.
On QA Improve and Retest the testers check your title, short description and icon against what the app actually does. QA Launch covers the full listing: both descriptions, icon, screenshots and feature graphic, with notes in the final report. It is a review by the people who used your app, not keyword research, and it does not promise a ranking or Google's approval.
No. You, your developer or your AI tool make the changes. We re-check the fix builds included in your plan and record the result against the same bug ID, so you can see what was fixed and what is still open. Questions about any bug entry go through the support page in your dashboard or WhatsApp.
Only a Visa or Mastercard to order. After payment the setup form asks for your app name and package name, one link your testers can install from, a test login if the app needs one, and the flows you want tested (up to 5, 8 or 12 depending on the plan). You can also list target devices and known issues you do not want reported.
PrimeTestLab's Android QA testing costs $69.99 for QA Review (7 days, 3 reports), $119 for QA Improve and Retest (14 days, 6 reports) and $199 for QA Launch (14 days, 7 reports). Each is a one-time payment with no service fee, paid by Visa or Mastercard through Stripe. The price covers two QA testers on real Android phones, one written report per test round and re-checks of the fix builds in your plan; QA Improve and Retest and QA Launch also include Google Play closed testing free.
Yes, in full, any time before testing starts, and your order stays open until you start it or ask: we never cancel it on our own. After that, money comes back when the problem is on our side: a report more than 2 days late, a plan we cannot finish, or a bug entry we cannot put right, each at that report's share of the price. A change of mind, a clean report or a decision by Google does not qualify, and included closed testing has no cash value. Read the QA refund rules.
Only our internal team and your two assigned testers, who never get your name or email. Your test password is encrypted on our servers, testers lose access to it when your plan ends, and we delete it 30 days later. Screenshots and recordings open only in your signed-in dashboard, and we never publish a report or use it as a sample without your written permission. How we handle QA data.
