Questions
Common questions about PrimeTestLab reviews.
How many reviews does PrimeTestLab have?
PrimeTestLab has 3,700+ reviews across three platforms, rated 4.9 out of 5: 2,500+ on Fiverr, 900+ on Trustpilot, and the rest written in the PrimeTestLab dashboard after a closed test. This page lists the dashboard reviews. The Fiverr and Trustpilot reviews live on those platforms.
Are PrimeTestLab reviews real?
Yes. Every review on this page was written by a customer in their PrimeTestLab dashboard after their Google Play closed test and is tied to an order in our system. Where the customer allowed it, the card names their app and links to its live Google Play listing. Fiverr and Trustpilot collect their reviews independently of us.
Does PrimeTestLab show negative reviews?
Yes. Ratings of 3 stars and below have their own filter above the wall. Every review is published as written. We do not edit reviews.
How can I check that a review is genuine?
Open the app named on the card. The link goes to that app's live listing on Google Play, published by the developer who left the review, with its download count where Google shows one. Reviews without an app link belong to customers who chose not to show their app or their name.
Will my app be shown on your site if I order?
No, not unless you allow it. Every app on this page is shown because its owner allowed it. After your test you can leave a review, and a separate checkbox, off by default, decides whether your app's name and Google Play link appear with it. Leave it unticked and your app is not shown anywhere on our site. If you change your mind later, message us and we will remove it.
