Clear process, genuinely useful feedback

I was very nervous about handing my app to a third-party closed testing team, but PrimeTestLab quickly put me at ease. The website, the structure and the process are all transparent, and they walk you through every step of each day of the test, so I always knew where things stood. What surprised me most was the quality of the feedback. It was detailed and genuinely useful, and it led to extra polish and real changes in the app before launch. Thanks to the whole team. I'd happily use them again.

I'm a solo developer and used PrimeTestLab for the 14-day closed test on all three of my apps. Testers opted in quickly and used the apps on different days, and the QA reports were genuinely useful - they caught real bugs (Android Back navigation, light-mode contrast) with clear steps to reproduce. Google granted production access for all three apps, the last one just one day after I applied. Simple setup, and I never had to share my Play Console login.

Smooth closed test for both of my apps

I needed 12+ testers for Google Play's 14-day closed test after my Reddit posts kept getting removed as a new account. PrimeTestLab delivered a ready-to-import tester list and clear setup steps, and both of my apps (a trading journal and a budget tracker) completed the 14-day test without problems. The dashboard made it easy to track progress. Great value for the price. I'll use them again for future apps.

Excellent Service

Primetestlab did an excellent job testing my app and finding minor bugs that I had overlooked during my own testing. They included great QA reports to tackle these bugs and did exactly what they said on their website, 14 days of testers fully opted in to get me through the google play consoles closed testing track. I will definitely use their services again for my next productions.

Very helpful and easy-to-use service

This service was very helpful and easy to use. Everything was clear from the beginning, and the process was simple and well organized. It helped me complete the testing phase of my app quickly and without complications. I especially liked how straightforward everything was. I would definitely recommend it to other developers who want to simplify the app testing process.

Prime Test Lab made closed testing easy

Prime Test Lab made the closed testing process straightforward for a first-time developer. All testers stayed opted in for the full 14 days without any dropouts, feedback was genuine and led to real app improvements, and the guidance on navigating Play Console was genuinely helpful. Would recommend to any developer needing to meet Google's testing requirements.

Average

Thank you for giving me the feedback about my app, it was very helpful. But I thought you would give me at least 2 feedbacks during the testing. You sent me your feedback on the last day of the review, and you know that I need to submit a new build in the middle of the testing. So, the service is good, but it needs to be more caring.

Excellent! Great service and reporting

From the beginning, I was impressed with your website. Very clean, very useful. The Closed Test process went perfectly. What really had me hooked for any future projects were the reports. Super thorough, super actionable. I now see you have a new service line that I will most probably consider for my apps QC . Thank you very much.

Great Service.

customer support is outstanding there fast to get back in touch and resolve any issues which I did not have and it is a fantastic service !!! I would defiantly recommend and use in the future also I would strongly suggest to anyone that you go for there option of 25 testers. thank you for your help and support.

Great service

I expected WAY LESS as the service is cheap. But only price is low, service is great, I got two QA reports that explained issues other testers (and even me) didn't catch. Tests included step by step guide and screenshots to see the behavior. Definitely I'll be using this service for my upcoming apps.

It helps you get your app live more efficiently and quickly. As an indie developer, finding testers, and then keeping them engaged, can be quite a challenge. So the experience was definitely worthwhile. The only thing is, the feedback you get in the report could be a little better.

Good service to get through the closed testing

The process was smooth from start to finish. I received some valuable feedback from the testers and some good suggestions that I implemented in my app. They got me through the closed testing phase without a hitch. So all in all, it's a great service that I will use again.

Awesome To Work With

The team at Prime Test Labs helped me out tremendously. Have me honest feedback and constructive criticism. They were patient with me being that this was my first ever app build and they walked me through every step of the process. I'll be using them again for sure!

Good enough

It was good that I got 14 days of test and got some good feedbacks. However, the test was not accurate enough. I specifically asked testers to check all languages in case I missed a translation (which I did for Chinese and Japanese) but the testers only checked Spanish.

Amazing! It exceeded my expectations

Everything was very smooth. From the beginning till the submission to production, I felt like I can really trust PrimeTestLab. In addition to that - they gave me a QA report which actually helped me find some issues that no other playtester found. Highly recommended!

Smooth and reliable testing service

Great experience with PrimeTestLab. The 25 testers were set up quickly and the whole closed testing process went smoothly. Helped me get through Google Play's 14-day testing requirement without any issues. Would definitely use again for future app launches.
